The Living Planet Aquarium

We went to The Living Planet Aquarium with my mom a few days ago. They boys really enjoyed themselves. It's not a huge aquarium, but it had enough stuff to keep my boys entertained. They liked seeing the jelly fish and driving the boat in the Great Salt Lake simulation. The highlight for both of them was the sting ray tank. At first Hayden was a little hesitant to touch the sting rays and would only touch the fast moving fish. Eventually, he did give it a try and loved it. The rays feel really cool - kind of slimy and soft. Tyson managed to completely soak his sleeve, but he said it was worth it.

Tyson has a really detailed Darth Vader costume and helmet. He loves to put it on when people come to our house. He thinks that people believe he is really Darth Vader, until he reveals himself. A few days ago Jana, Stephen and Taylor were at our house hanging out and Ty came down in his costume. Everyone ended up trying on the mask. It was pretty funny....

Check out Tyson's waist. He is wearing his church belt over his costume so he will have a spot to put his light saber.
